实验室用XFD型系列单槽式浮选机供地质、冶金、建筑材料、化学等工业实验室浮选少量矿样用。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产，执行行业标准。

Lab.-used XFD Series Single Flotation Cell is provided for flotation of minor ore samples in labs of geological, metallurgical, building material, chemical and other industries. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

一、结构简介:

I. Structure

ＸＦＤ型系列浮选机由下列主要部件组成：

XFD flotation cell  mainly consists of the following parts:

（１）机座（２）托板（３）槽体（４）搅拌部（５）刮板部分（６）主轴部分（７）护罩（８）电机（9）流量计（10）控制开关（11）刮板开关

(1) Base (2)  support plate (3) cell body (4) agitation part (5) scraper part (6) main shaft  part (7) shield (8) motor (9) flowmeter (1) control switch (11) scraper switch

所有部件都紧固在机体上，主轴（１）按顺时针方向转动，运动由皮带轮通过皮带到主轴皮带轮、主轴可得三种不同的速度、刮板（３）５的转动由刮板电动机通过皮带轮带动，可得二种不同的速度、刮板的位置可通过蝶形螺母调节高低。

All parts are  fastened onto the machine body. The main shaft (1) rotates clockwise and moves  from the belt pulley to the main shaft belt pulley through the belt. Three  different rotating speeds can be obtained by the main shaft. The rotation of  scraper (3) 5 is driven by the scraper motor through the belt pulley. Two different  speeds can be obtained. The vertical position of the scraper can be adjusted  through the butterfly nuts.

XFDⅡ型单槽浮选机工作电源电压为AC 220V，为了人身安全，机体必需可靠接地，接电阻≤4Ω。

The working power and  voltage of XFD II single-trough flotation machine is AC 220V. For human safety,  the machine must be reliably grounded with an earth resistance ≤4Ω.

XFDⅢ新型单槽浮选机 New flotation machines

实验室用XFDⅢ型单槽浮选机供地质、冶金、建材、化工等矿山和科研机构实验室用于搅拌、擦洗、分离和精选少量矿样等。

Laboratory XFD III single-trough flotation machine is used by mines of  geology, metallurgy, building material, chemicals, etc and laboratories of  scientific institutes to agitate, scrub, separate and select a small quantity  of ore samples.

XFDⅢ是XFD型更新换代产品。它采用变频技术，叶轮无级调速，数码显示，还将自吸气改为外充气，调整精确，显示清楚稳定。根据用户的需要可配装加热器、温度控制仪，随时控制、显示槽内矿液温度。本机可配液面自动调节补加水、自动给药等装置，可实现较高自动化水平。

New model Aeration Single  Flotation Cell of XFD III is a updated product of XFD Model Single Flotation  Cell, adopting external aeration device, adjustable aeration, frequency  conversion technology, stepless speed governing of imp0eller digital display  with accurate adjustment and reliable operation( When temperature for  temperature control device ≤100℃  , it can be made in accordance with customer’s need).

该浮选机有机架部件、主轴传动部件、锁紧部件、刮板部件、浮选槽、外充气装置和电器控制等部件组成。

Such flotation machine is composed of frame part, main  shaft drive part, lock part, scraper part, flotation cell, outside air  inflation device, electric controller, etc.

气泵向槽内所供气体，在转子搅动下，与矿液混合均匀，被定子切割，生成微小矿化气泡。

The air supplied by the air pump into the cell mixes  evenly with the slurry during the agitation of the rotor, is cut by the stator,  and small mineralized bubbles are then produced.

转子的转速是无级调速的，可通过变频器来调整。

The rotating speed of rotor is stepless and variable  which can be adjusted through frequency converter.

浮选槽的固定靠手轮带动螺杆压紧。

To fix the flotation cell, it must be pressed tightly  with the hand wheel driving the screws.

刮泡机构，它的运动轨迹是一种圆周运动。

The motion trail of the  scrapping mechanism is circular.
