一、用途

I. Application

        CT型脱磁器系新型高效节能设备。广泛用于以下行业。

CT demagnetizer is a kind of new,  high-efficiency, and energy-saving equipment.

磁选厂分级、筛选及过滤前的脱磁,其脱磁效果明显,通过脱磁可以显著高筛分和分级效率,降低精矿滤饼水分,提高选矿综合指标。

It is used in the classification in  magnetic ore-dressing plants as well as the demagnetizing before screening and  filtering. It can produce obvious demagnetizing effects. Through demagnetizing,  the screening and classification efficiency can be significantly improved, cake  moisture of iron concentrate can be reduced, and the overall targets for  beneficiation can be improved.

洗煤厂重介质选煤系统中,使用的加重剂是铁磁性矿粉,磁化后剩磁较大,互相吸引和吸附铁粉,影响下道工序作业,如磨床加工、磁吊、冲剪等。

In the dense medium coal preparation system,  the weighting agent used is iron magnetite powder. After magnetization, the  residual magnetism attracts and absorbs the iron powder and influences the next  working procedure such as grinding by precision grinding machine, magnetic  hanging, and punching shear.

        1.CT型脱磁器的数控电路板,采用进口名牌集成电路制作,并采取适当措施有效隔离了主电路队数控路板的干扰。从根本上保证该设备的可靠性、稳定性和耐久性。

1. The numerical control circuit board of  CT demagnetizer is made of famous imported integrated circuit. It also adopts  appropriate measures to effectively isolate the interference from the numerical  control circuit board of main circuit, as well as provides fundamental  guarantee for the reliability, stability, and durability of such equipment.

2.节能,该设备耗电省、投资少、见效快,仅节电一项投资回收期不到一年。

2. This equipment saves power consumption,  economizes on investment, but gets quick returns. The investment recovery  period for only electric power is less than one year.

3.脱磁场强高,脱磁效果明显,能有效消除矿物的磁团聚或磁链,剩磁少,特别适合于钒钛矿脱磁。

3. Its demagnetizing field is highly  intensive and can produce obvious demagnetizing effects. It can effectively  eliminate magnetic agglomeration or magnetic flux linkage, producing little  residual magnetism. It is especially applicable to the demagnetizing of  schreyerite.

6.脱磁管采用超高分子量聚乙烯矿浆管,其耐磨程度是钢管的4-7倍。脱磁线圈密封、绝缘性能好,可以无矿浆空负荷运转而不烧坏线圈,适合在矿山等较恶劣的作业环境中工作。

6. The demagnetizing tube is UHMWPE slurry  tube. Its wear-resisting degree is 4 to 7 times as large as that of steel tube.  The demagnetizing coils have fine sealing and insulation performance. It can  rotate under no load (without slurry) without burning the coils. Such equipment  is suitable to be operated in bad working environment such as mines.

四、工作原理

IV. Working Principle

        CT型脱磁器的主回路供电电源为单相交流220V、频率50HZ。在主回路中,脱磁线圈与其并联的脉冲电容构成振荡电路,由数控电路板适时控制主回路中两个可控硅交替通断,完成对脉冲电容的冲电及LC振荡回路放电,在脱磁线圈中形成一正弦或余弦衰减磁场,从而达到脱磁目的。

The main circuit power supply for CT  demagnetizer is single-phase AC 220V and its frequency is 50HZ. In the main  circuit, the demagnetizing coils and impulse capacitor parallel connected with  it constitute oscillating circuits. The numerical control circuit board places  on-time controls over the alternating connection and disconnection of two  thyristors in the main circuit, and finishes charging of impulse capacitor and  discharging of LC oscillating circuit. A sine or cosine weakening magnetic  field is formed in the demagnetizing coils so as to serve the purpose of  demagnetization.

        六、安装及操作规程

VI. Installation and Operation Procedures

        1.控制箱与脱磁线圈的距离应尽可能短,以减少线路耗损,一般以不超过10m为宜。

1. The distance between the control cabinet  and demagnetizing coils shall be as short as possible to reduce circuit loss.  Normally it shall not be longer than 10m.

2.控制箱应高于地面0.5m以上,安装地点粉尘不宜过大,控制箱和脱磁线圈切忌被水淋湿,箱体应可靠接地。

2. The control cabinet shall be put in  places 0.5m above  the ground. There shall be not too much dust in the place where such equipment  is installed. The control cabinet and demagnetizing coils shall be kept from  water. In addition, the control cabinet shall be reliably grounded.

3.控制箱和脱磁线圈间连线应采用不小于10mm2的多股铜芯导线(建议采用10mm2),控制箱的电源进线应采用2.5mm2以上的多股铜芯导线,上述连线可根据现场情况选择控制箱的进线孔,应尽量避免线路交叉。

3. Stranded conductors with copper wires  (ideally 10mm2)  shall be adopted for the wires connecting the control cabinet and demagnetizing  coils. Stranded conductors with copper wires larger than 2.5 mm2 shall be adopted for the  power entering lines of control cabinet. For the connecting wires above, the  leading-in holes of control cabinet can be selected according to the field situation.  Crossing of wires shall be avoided as much as possible.

4.为使矿浆很线圈能正常工作,应搭建能使矿浆管和线圈平衡承受重力的支撑体或吊装架。但绝不可使用金属物制作支撑体或吊装架。

4. To enable the slurry and coils to work  normally, supporting structures or lifting frames that enable the slurry pipe  and coils to evenly bear gravity shall be erected. However, metal objects can  never be used to make such supporting structures or lifting frames.

5.为避免堵塞现象出现,在安装时,应尽量增大管路的坡度,或增加流速。如果偶然出现堵塞现象,在工作中必须即时进行疏通。要经常对附着在脱磁线圈表面上的矿粉进行清理,并且经常检查脱磁线圈和矿浆之间是否淤积铁粉,应及时关闭脱磁器清理淤积的铁粉,以免影响脱磁效率。

5. To avoid blockage, during installation,  increase the gradient of the pipeline as much as possible or increase the flow  rate. In case of occasional blockage, the pipelines must be dredged in time.  Make sure to clean the mineral powder sticking to the surface of the  demagnetizing coils on a regular basis. Besides, examine frequently if there is  depositing iron powder between the demagnetizing coils and slurry. Turn off the  demagnetizer in time to remove the depositing iron powder so as not to affect  demagnetizing efficiency.

6.停机检查控制箱时,须待关掉总电源5分钟将电容两端短接放电后方可工作,以免电容剩余电压伤人。

6. When the machine is stopped to examine  the control cabinet, operate it after short circuit of two ends of capacitor  and discharging 5 minutes after the main power is turned off to prevent the  residual capacitor voltage from hurting people.

7.检修其它大功率设备时,一定要先关闭脱磁器,再关闭其它大功率设备;检修完毕一定要先打开大功率设备,再开脱磁器,以免电压波动过大损坏脱磁器。

7. During the examination of other  high-power equipment, make sure to shut down the demagnetizer first and then  shut down such high-power equipment. After the examination of the high-power  equipment, make sure to start the high-power equipment first and then start the  demagnetizer, to prevent excessive fluctuation of voltage from damaging  demagnetizer.

8.启动时按启动按钮,电流由小到大自动调整至正常值(2A左右)。调整时间10秒以内。停机时间按停止按钮、断空气开关。

8. During startup of the machine, press the  start button. Adjust the current from the low to high automatically until the  normal value (around 2A). Adjust  the time to be within 10s. As for the shutdown time, press the shutdown button  and disconnect the air switch.

9.因过流空气自动开关断开时,应先查明原因再送电、不可强行送电。

9. When the air switch is  disconnected due to overcurrent, first find out the reason for disconnection.  New power can not be forced to be supplied.
