篦式冷却机 Grate  Cooler

篦式冷却机是一种骤冷式冷却机，篦式冷却机原理是：用鼓风机吹冷风，将铺在篦板上成层状的孰料加以骤冷，使孰料温度由1200℃骤降至100℃以下，冷却的大量废气除入窑作二次风，还可以入煤磨作烘干热源用。

Grate cooler is a cooler cooling down suddenly. Its working principle is:  blow cool air with blower and cool down the stratified clinker on the grate, so  that the clinker temperature drops from 1200℃  to lower than 100℃,  the large quantity of cooled waster gas enters into the kiln as secondary air.  It can also enter into the coal mill as drying heat source.
