高效节能吸附槽集浸出和炭吸附工序为一体,形式上与氰化槽相似。吸附槽是保证料浆混合良好,既要使活性炭均匀地悬浮在矿浆中、又要使活性炭磨损小、吸附率达99%以上,工作时槽内矿浆产生轴向和径向流动,通过中空轴充气、叶轮搅拌促使气泡细化,达到物料及活性炭均匀悬浮,吸附饱和的载金炭通过空气提升泵排出槽外,进入下一个流程。

High-efficiency energy  saving absorption tank integrates leaching with carbon absorption process and  is formally similar to cyanidation vat. . The absorption tank is designed to ensure the proper mixing of feed pulp,  namely to enable active carbon to suspend in ore pulp uniformly while  minimizing the abrasion of active carbon and reaching an absorption rate of  higher than 99%. During the operation, the ore pulp inside the vat flows in an  axial and radial direction. The bubble is thinned through inflation by sleeve  shaft and mixing by impeller so as to realize the uniform suspension of  material and active carbon. The saturated gold carrier carbon is discharged  from the vat through air lifting pump and gets into the next procedure.
